Africa lacks water because of a thing called economic water scarcity. “Economic water scarcity is caused by a lack of investment in water or insufficient human capacity to satisfy the demand of water in areas where the population cannot afford to use an adequate source of water.” In other words, economic water scarcity is when a place doesn’t invest in as much water as it should or the people in the place are too poor to afford water. Fresh water leads to higher levels of education, health and live quality. Help us achieve these ideals.
